Government:Government is a much bigger problem than the Republican - TopicsExpress

Government:Government is a much bigger problem than the Republican or the Democrat parties, in the United States, will admit. One real problem is that both major parties support inefficient and excessive spending in which government cannot play a positive role, and they dismiss the idea of putting resources where government might function semi-effectively. The loss of liberty and privacy since 1950 is a very serious problem. Balancing the need for liberty, privacy, communitarianism, and justice are very serious, ignored issues. The United States is not helped by excessively aggressive military, foreign, and defense policies, regardless of the party in power. Also, central banking and fractional reserve banking, globally, unless stopped, will guarantee a financial collapse that could potentially make the Great Depression of the 1930s seem like a Sunday picnic, by comparison. Public apathy and indifference are serious problems also.
