Government Offices in Antigua and Barbuda, customer service is really horrible. A call this morning to the births, deaths and marriages to find out what time they close. Answer one (1) pm. Show up at a quarter to one and was not acknowledge by a guy sitting behind the counter but was told by security that they finish work at one but closed to the public at 12. What happens to us in the private sector whose lunch hour range from 12 to 2pm. I guess I am not getting the birth paper then. When they finish and they visit a private sector business they want prompt service. This is just ridiculous now :( :(
