Government should make a calculation of the revenue collected by it from each NAC, Municipality and Municipal Corporation and accordingly funds for developmental activities should be given to the agencies, so that unnecessary funds will not move to the Municipalities and misappropriation can be avoided. The Gram Panchayat and Municipalities should be treated equally. There is no need to make the Municipal areas more beautiful and concentrate on it. Focus should be made according to the revenue collected. It will stop unnecessary congestion, pollution and immigration in the municipalities.
