Government under Order No.834–GAD of 2014, Dated:04.08.2014 made, the following transfers and postings with immediate effect: 1. Mr. Hassan Khan, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, is transferred and posted as Project Director, DRDA, Leh, against an available vacancy. 2. Mr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department. 3. Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Baramulla, against an available vacancy. 4. Mr. Rajinder Singh Tara, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex- officio Settlement Officer), Jammu, vice Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shavan. 5. Mr. Munir-ul-Islam,KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, holding additional charge of the post of Additional District Development Commissioner, Pulwama, is posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Pulwama, on full time basis. 6. Mr. Mohammad Harun Malik, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Srinagar, vice Mr. Mohammad Shafiq Chak. 7. Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Wani, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, vice Mr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash. 8. Mr. Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, vice Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat. 9. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shavan, KAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), against an available vacancy. 10. Mr. Mohammad Shafiq Chak, KAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, vice Mr. Munir- ul-Islam. This issues with the concurrence of the Election Commission of India conveyed by the office of the Chief Electoral Officer vide No. 2509/CEO/ Pub/ 2014/1773 dated 30.7. 2014.
