Governments make war people dont, we just pay the price. It’s easy to sit and cast dispersions on another for the country they live in and the belief system they hold. When trust has been misplaced should we vanquish those that were lied to, or the perpetrators of the lie? It’s not the USA or GB or Israel, or USSR or France or any nation. It’s you and me with our greed and self-righteous morals that allow us to justify our governments in to declaring that we deserve to kill another in the name of freedom and justice, just because we dont like what they are doing. It’s our geed of wanting to possess goods that we dont need or want, but must have cause we are told our life will be better if we do have them. It’s our arrogance when on holidays to constantly judge others, and offer pity not compassion, to pass the beggar in the street as we search for the next bargain of must haves. So next time you see an elder person struggling, or someone in distress, or someone fumbling at the check-out for that last coin to pay, why not offer a hand of kindness and help that person struggling with the day to day life, and ask for nothing but say I understand One act of kindness each day from each and every one will add up. It’s called pass it forward And when you lie on your bed at night, and take a deep long slow breath, a smile will come across your face as you know that today, you made the world a little nicer place to live.
