This IGR story is untenable,..federal allowee has always bin enough to give kwara civil servants a better deal from d state Government but its a matter of where d civil servants are on d scale of preference of the state government...payments of frivolous yet important expenditures like 100 million naira pension to a former governor,servicing the sweet livestyle of the entire family of a former governor will always come first with him,but nw its emergency time,He is apprehensive,he can let go of alot of toys nw in order deceive d civil servants yet again....kwarans shine your eyes
