Governor Mary Fallin, Memorial Foundation Chair Susan Winchester and Executive Director Kari Watkins toured Governor Chris Christie through the Memorial and Museum. Governor Fallin and Kari Watkins explained the significance of the symbolic elements of the Memorial and the signifigance of the enhancements the Museum is undergoing. The two Governors have a shared experience, their home states enduring times of loss and disaster with the bombing and Hurricane Sandy. Susan Winchester, who lost her sister in the bombing, said Governor Christie was very moved by the Gallery of Honor, a place that honors the lives of the 168 people who died in the Oklahoma City bombing.
