Governor Suntai unable to recognise PDP members Few days ago, following controversies generated by the return of the ailing Governor Danbaba Suntai, Senator Uzodinma led a delegation of some senators and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on a peace mission to Taraba state. The delegation, at the end of its visit, came up with the finding that the governor is unfit and is not in a good state to govern the state. It also resolved that the deputy governor should continue to act as the state governor, but should be taking directives from Suntai on issues affecting the state. The meeting where the agreement was reached lasted for over an hour and had in attendance wife of the governor Mrs. Hauwa Suntai, Speaker of the Taraba State House of assembly and PDP stalwarts from the state.
