Governor and Legislation of American Samoa, October 15, 2013 Regarding Office of Vital Statistics,Government of AS. We the American Samoans who resides in the Mainland would humbly request the availability of our Birth Certificate online to have easy access for our use. We all agreed to pay the prize of the Online service. A new Government Law just passed a few years back we have to have a birth certificate to renew our Drivers Liscense and or our ID card. We comply with standards of the Office of VSS including proper paper work and fees; but we are running into big problems of not getting our BC from the office. We respectfully ask for your assistance in this matter. We also do appreciate your allowing us to have easy access to our Birth Certificate on line whatever the prize may be.
