The Drive & Thrive EXPO will be hosted by the Curamus Association in conjunction with Rolling Rehab, BandBrand and Drive Pride on Saturday, 31 May 2014 at Air Force Base Swartkop. The Disability Interactive Exhibition is the event where ideas are shared, products Drive and Thrive are showcased, vehicles are test driven, wheelchairs are left standing empty while the users are having fun, the impossible seems to happen and loads of fun is had by all! It will change your perception of disability, where the boundaries get moved and limitations get challenged. This is the Exhibition that provides an opportunity for social interaction and knowledge sharing between people who are newly disabled and learning how to live with a disability and those who are experienced in this lifestyle and have worked out solutions to live a full and active life. The day will provide opportunities for social interaction, test driving, practical demonstrations as well as an exhibition of products and services that are currently available for people with disabilities, mainly focusing on driving and mobility. There are also a few stunts thrown in just for fun!
