Grace..... My #prayer for us today... Father God, today I come before you with the heart full of gratitude for the word grace. I praise you for your grace, giving us far more than we ever deserve. I praise you for the grace of my friend reading this prayer, that shows love and understanding to someone who perhaps has not so earned those things. I praise you for the grace I am blessed to show when someone hurts me or harms me. Remind my friend and I today, Lord, that grace does not mean being a doormat but it means loving, serving and helping someone. It means being like you. Its not just forgiving someone, it means going above and beyond with an act of kindness and generosity. It means doing the right thing even when the circumstances say the wrong thing would probably be okay. Remind us today to be so thankful for the grace that others show to us. When we hurt or harm another, when we do or say something wrong to someone... and that person shows us an act of kindness we do not deserve, remind us what a gift they are to us. I Love You Lord and I love your grace. Grace... grace ... Gods grace... Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Amen.
