Gracie woke up this morning not feeling too well with ear pain and a snotty nose. Instead of driving to Vanderbilt, Gracies oncologist decided it would be okay to go to our regular pediatric doctor since Gracie wasnt running a fever. Im glad she made that decision because it saved us a long trip and everything turned out Ok. Gracies counts were still good but she is so congested its causing ear pain. This child has gone through so much, a 2 inch needle pushed through her port when she gets accessed, but didnt like the fact we had to prick her finger for counts. She did great and was Miss Sassy of course. It felt weird being in a regular doctor office and Gracies pediatric doctor is great! This crazy weather needs to move on so my babies can get rid of this crud.
