I am not good at casting my anxieties and concerns on you, although I know I should. Today I come to you asking for your healing hands to be laid upon my daddy. Protect him during his procedure today. I ask that you guide the doctors, nurses and staff involved with his care to make the best decisions. Allow them to treat him as if he were one of their loved ones. I pray that this procedure will show no signs of cancer; however, if it is your will that we go down this road, I pray for strength, a clear mind for decision making and peace as we move forward.
