Gracious Heavenly Father thank You for this day, amen. I pray that all my family, friends, and relatives of us all are healing in their minds, bodies, and all the pain and agony are leaving as the setting sun goes down, in Jesus holy name, amen. Lord really I just had the feeling come to me why Holidays are so hard, my feelings and love for everyone seem to make my heart reach out to everyone, amen. There is no turkey, like the one that runs free with all the beautiful feathers and has a noise like a bunch of girls running in the early morning light. Christmas is a time when people spend more on things most people dont need, but everyone thinks of everything except for You, the real gift every one really needs, amen. It all starts with giving on Halloween night, you can hear it in the childrens voices as they say tricko treat !! That all carries over to when they set on Santas lap and tell him all the secrets of all they want for Christmas, as they giggle and tell him of their dreams. Yes, Lord I dont remember any time ever hearing, Lord please come into my heart and save me. Oh how much greater the Holidays would be if we all told the children, The Christmas Story and we all shop for things to share with those in need, amen. I remember Lord of a Christmas when there was a needy family, in the little town and my wife called and said, the little boy just wanted a blue truck and his little sister wanted a baby doll, he only ask for food for his family, but knew it was too much to ask, amen. Well some how fifty miles away, the truck turned out blue and the precious baby doll had a cute grin, along with a sack of groceries with several names of different ones and butcher shops, all were sat in the front seat of a car to keep the neighbor dogs from a feast. A neat little note attached to the screen announced the arrival of that jolly old man. Yes Lord that pretty well covered it, except for a twenty-five pound sack of pinto beans and several little sacks that were scattered among loved ones all the way to Oklahoma!! Lord I wish for everyone to have the love that was shared among family, friends , and relatives, and most of all Lord I hope You are the reason for the season, I pray in Jesus name, amen. Please forgive my sins and accept the glory, honor, and praises, I pray in Jesus Holy name, amen.
