Grad Ball is only a few days away! With that in mind, wed like to remind and inform you of a few important things for you to be mindful of to ensure you have a fantastic Around the World Trip! The venue opens from 8pm with entertainment starting shortly thereafter, dont arrive too late or you will missout! --- TICKET COLLECTION All remaining tickets booked online must be collected this week in advance of the event. Tickets can be collected between 10am - 2pm, weekdays only, from the Union Shop. Please keep your tickets safe, lost or stolen tickets can not be replaced due to the licensing of the venue. --- BRING VALID PHOTO ID Grad Ball is a licensed event, all attendees must be aged 18 or over. Please bring valid photo ID with you, everyone will be asked for theirs on entry. You will not be allowed to enter the venue without one of the following valid forms of ID: - Your Campus ID Card - Passport - Photocard Driving License Any ticket-holding guests coming with you to the event will also need valid photo ID. --- FREE CLOAKROOM This year there is a free cloakroom facility provided should you wish to use it. The cloakroom is located on the left after the entrance, under the bridge (the ground floor of Gun House). --- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH CASH BEFORE ENTERING The outdoor and upstairs bar and catering outlets at Grad Ball will be cash only. Card payments will only be accepted in the Waterhole Bar. We recommend taking out cash earlier in the day. The cash points outside the Union have run out every year, please ensure you have enough cash with you before entering the venue. Re-entry is not permitted. --- BAGGAGE CHECKS Baggage checks will be taking place. Please ensure you do not bring food, drink or any illegal substances with you to the event as they will be confiscated and you may be refused entry. --- NEED TO SELL OR BUY A TICKET? Grad Ball 2014 is entirely sold out.
