Say for instance, for smart people(in deans list,university and college scholars): They always make sure that your class standing is perfect, so no worries about that and for commoners(most probably the idiots and good-for-nothing babies): They just do the palpalaran method for all of you. Someone in authority gives the list of selected students to be computed carefully, to be monitored carefully so that they can prevent smart people from falling down of their grades, grades like 95, 93, 90, and 88-89 fail.
