Grain Free Hemp Seed Breakfast Cookies (with chia and coconut) thrive-style Mix: 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut 1/4 cup chia seeds 3 eggs 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (melting it is really important!) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/8 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup rice syrup Form into cookies and place on cookie sheet. Note: with coconut flour, your cookies will not spread or flatten, so if you make them into balls you need to flatten them into the shape in which you want them to end up! Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. I made 20 cookies, but it will all depend on what size you make them!
