Gran Rubina Tower 1 has moved a step closer Gran Rubina Business Park Tower 1, an environtmental-friendly office building located in Central Business District Rasuna Epicentrum Jakarta, has moved a step closer. PT Triyasa Propertindo, as developer, stated that the development process has reached 86 percent. This 21 storeys building has achieved about 91 percent sales and started handover activites on early October 2014 and will continue to be done in several stages.
