Grand jury returns 35 indictments Posted: Thursday, Jan 16th, 2014 BY: Amanda Hayes/Senior Staff Writer BUCKHANNON — An Upshur County Grand Jury returned 35 indictments early Tuesday afternoon, including one for a man accused of driving drunk in a wreck that killed his girlfriend. Ronnie Junior Landis, 34, of Ellamore, was indicted for driving under the influence contributing to the cause of death, a felony, two counts; and driving while license revoked for driving under the influence, third or subsequent offense, a felony.
