Grandmother Spider (Native American lore and totem) paid me a - TopicsExpress

Grandmother Spider (Native American lore and totem) paid me a visit in my dreams two nights ago and I have been surrounded by them ever since. When that happens, I know to pay attention! I would like to share the Spider symbolism because it seems to be resonating with so many right now. In Native American lore, spider is Grandmother Spider, the link to the past and future and the weaver of fate. Spider reminds us that we weave the thread of our own life. We are the co-creators along with our higher power. We have the ability to change our lives as we put our desires out to the universe and work towards them. The web, the spiral, is a reminder of that energy. The symbol for energy is a spiral so what you put in you get out. The spiral is also a symbol for connecting the past and future, working towards the goal at the center. Spiders also balance so well! They can teach us how to balance our lives so we remain calm, stress-free but as productive as possible. When spider shows up, it is time for movement towards your goals, time to weave your own story and keep it all in balance. It could also be time to write (spider is also the keeper of letters and words in many traditions) so if you have any thoughts youve been keeping inside, it may be time to jot them down or do some creative writing. Thats what Spider is for me this time, time to write which will help towards my dreams. What can she help you with today? Have a great day!
