Grant me this rare FB rant please...I have say that personal foul call late in the WVU/Bama game yesterday still ticks me off. You know the one, when the Bama QB ran out of bounds into the WVU sideline and we get ticketed for unsportsmanlike conduct or something. Terrible call, terrible timing too. Ive not kept up with the x & os of how the game has evolved but know enough about the sport to say that was huge. At that point in the game our guys were within striking distance of pulling off another shocker, we had Bamas drive stopped and could have grabbed momentum right then and there. Not faulting the Bama QB, he had no where to go and did nothing wrong either. The refs made a horseshit call that damaged our chances significantly. Yes, I am biased, guilty of that for sure, but I bet most football fans would agree that should have been a no-call by the refs. Considering the conference we play in these days this year feels like a tipping point in the WVU program, could have used a big upset to start off the year. Ok, I feel better, just a little bit. Lets get back to real life, family, friends and/or whatever gets your juices flowing. Nah....Im still pissed about it. Later.
