Granted the Police had a duty to investigate and act on the information provided. The question now is whether Police will question and lay charges against Dr Gary Nicolin for coercion? The father has accused the Dr of threatening them with a Protection Order, which is a crime under the law. The Dr has no right to threaten legal sanctions or use the Justice System as a weapon against the parents. The story that emerges now, having heard the parents side, is that Dr Nicolin refused a second opinion and wouldnt respond to foreign clinics correspondence about Proton Beam Radiation. It also emerges that Dr Nicolin wanted to continue the Milan Protocol, a protocol that has now been banned as every child who has received it except one, has died from the massive dose of radiation. Other Radiation Oncologists have spoken out that this is not an option and that Proton Beam Therapy is a better, but not the only choice. It seems the hospital lied in their statement that a second opinion was offered, a colleague of Dr Nicolin informed the good Dr that the Milan Protocol was now banned. There are also emails and letters from clinics which Dr Nicolin did not respond to. The matter of the child being in grave danger because of the Feeding Machine was also a gross exaggeration it now emerges. What parent would not sell everything they own and give their life for their child? The evidence we have seen on the familys videos clearly refute the exaggerations of the hospital. The parents acted as any good parent would and removed their child to safety, charges of abuse or neglect are clearly unwarranted by the evidence of the family. There is world wide attention to this story. At the moment a terrified child is in a foreign hospital without his family beside him. The Spanish Health System is far superior and will ensure the child gets the best possible care, which was the objective of the parents. For the Police to lay unfounded charges of Child Cruelty in untenable, its not supported by the evidence. This story will haunt the UK and the NHS and expose the tyranny that many parents experience when they call for a second opinion. I would urge the Police to immediately arrest Dr Nicolin on charges of coersion. I would also urge the CPS to drop any charges immediately and release the parents for the sake of a terrified child in a foreign hospital. The Police, by not doing a competent investigation to begin with have caused a lot of misery for this child and his family. Its time to restore Justice and for those involved to do the right thing before its too late. PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPES NHS ..CPS...AND POLICE AND DOCTORS IN UK ...PUT ALL THIS IN YOUR MOUTHS AND CHEW WELL BECAUSE YOU LOT ARE THE CRIMINALS NOT THOSE LOVING PARENTS .
