Graphic Designer Position at the Mobile Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau: The ideal designer will be responsible for creating design solutions that work with the Mobile Bay CVB branding, advertising and other current collateral used to promote Mobile as a tourist and convention destination. Duties will include concepting, designing. developing and managing website content, print/digital advertising, e-newsletters, posters, sales collateral, promotional products, videos, exhibitions and displays, visitor information messaging and other special projects. Will report to Vice President of Marketing and Communications, but will be a key team player on most marketing and sales projects. You will be an ambassador for our city, sometimes be the public face of our organization and be expected to participate in community events - we want a creative, energetic and forward-thinking person who wants to join us in attracting visitors to the Port City, with a genuine love and appreciation for our colorful, eclectic and historic town. Photography skills, a working knowledge of social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Flickr, and the ability to develop and manage content is also preferred. Must be able to multi-task, work under deadline and/or with last minute requests, work on a Mac platform and be expertly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
