Grateful for a bday Saturday with Izzy- safe travels for All my loved ones- holding down the GA compound- beautiful weather- time of solitude 1. Lord make me a channel of Thy peace. Quiet time- stretches- meeting with Amy- walk- be alert and of good cheer God is not the author of confussion. Matters to great for us. It is not easy to take our hand off the get-er-done-button but it is so worth it. Drama unfolds without our dramatic interpretation and peace abides amidst the chaos instead of our chaotic blubbering. Be still and know. My peace I give to you. All amends and amen.
