And this year to direct and co-create the opening night spectacle, Hotel Tryst: Rendez-Vous, with COCO FRAMBOISE - Burlesque Cabaret Showgirl. I have such warmth and appreciation for Nikola Steer, Ava Noir & Sauci Calla Horra for their vision, gracious hospitality and professionalism. You have evolved a world-class festival. To the cast of Hotel Tryst, my heartfelt thanks for your cooperation, willingness and the trust you invested in me. We created a wonderful, multi-layered evening of entertainment. Saturdays shows, were filled with interesting, engaging, funny, weird, touching and lovely, high-level performance. They was not only shaken & stirred, they was glama & ganza. Tip o the Hat to fella headliners DoctorLucky Phd, Inga Ingenue, Kitt En de Ville and Perle Noire, who are always stunning and inspiring. So good to continue to work with you all on stages all over the world. Big ups to the 2 Live Stage Crew!- John Patrick Robichaud, Ian Goodtimes and Cerise Noir. Yall rocked it and kept us on track, looking and soundin purty. Brother Teddy Mickey, a true gentlemen, a deer soul and bad-ass vehicular mobility specialist. And to all the stage kittens and cats, volunteers, wranglers, and the sure I can get you this peeps- in short, all the good folks that go into making it all go. You have my mucho thanks and appreciation. When someone tells me I do a good job, I know it is in part because of you. Toronto, you are always inviting, interesting, cultural, diverse, smart and tasty. I like you a lot T-Dot, I hope we continue to see each other for years to come. And finally, again, to the Coco. Friendo, pal, co-conspirator, high-jinx instigator, low-jinx pun tolerator, purveyor of smartyness and talentlike substance. Thank you for including this Carny in your dreamscapes.
