Gratitude List. I have a grateful list I say upon arising, before meals, before I go to sleep and any other time during the day that I see something beautiful or hear something that reminds me of all that I am grateful for. Im grateful for the abundance in my life. Grateful for my family and friends, for my perfect health, for my financial security, for my intellect. I say intellect to represent a number of things Im grateful for-it doesnt mean I think Im smart but that I recognise the ability to reason, to think , to discern, etc. I say financial security to embrace the fact that while Im not rich by any means , Im ok with what I have.
