Gratitude day 5: 1) Im grateful for laughing, the joy it brings and all the people in my life that laugh with me 2) Im grateful for the power of communication to resolve conflict and heal emotional wounds 3) Im grateful for being alone. Even though it is really challenging and lonely sometimes, Im really getting to know myself better and what I want to experience and use my life for. A short term sacrifice for long term gain.
