Gratitude list day 2 1) I am grateful for my life. I was once of the impression that only other people die. I am grateful for the immediate lifesaving response of Dan Osorio and the Santa Cruz Paramedic and the available life guard on duty that day. 2) I am grateful for the medical insurance and the help from Dans work to pay the $600,000 + dollars of medical bills. 3) I am grateful for all of the angels that were there in the 7 months of recovery that would show up to care for me, feed us, Marti Stone, Martha Spieller, Deb Kelly, Ruben L Romero, sooth me, Janet Stewart and take care of household things Ecole Nelson-Gonzales clean the house, Irma Marquez do the yard work, Vince Borg and so many more. I love you and am grateful from my heart for you. 4) I am grateful for my therapist and my trainer Jon Mello for helping to bring this broken body back from peralisis. 5) I am grateful for the angels that surrounded me and were present the moment I awoke. I am grateful for all the love and care that was there in the room those days and the expertise of the surgeons that so skillfully put humpty dumpty back together again.
