Grayson gets this week off of treatment to prepare for his LAST month of hard chemo before entering the maintenance phase!!!! His last month could last more than a month depending on his counts but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!! I am so ready for our little man to get back to a somewhat normal life. Being locked up at home for weeks at a time is no fun and he is so ready for interaction with other kids his age! I am so proud of our little man for all hes gone through and hes been so strong through it all! Please pray his counts get super high this week so he can start back on the 21st!! :) In case anybody is wondering, the maintenance phase will last for 2 years. He will take chemo pills at home, get a chemo in his port once every 4 weeks, and have a spinal tap every 3 months during this time. So he wont be done but he will be able to go back to school and church more often once his counts get high enough! :)
