Greasing the groove with some light half-snatches in the park today. Although most of my training is #highintensity bodyweight strength and mobility, I love playing around with kettlebells to practice ballistic movements. Theyre definetly one of the best ways to get a full body general workout, as well as safely practice ballistic movements like swings and snatches. Although I dont usually train heavy snatches anymore, theyre still one of my favorites movements, and done with light weights for moderate reps, can be quite healthy for the shoulder and help to #prehab it. #kettlebell #fitness #nodaysoff
