Great 1st workout and healing session with new client and good friend Kameya Shows-Ciers. We started off we a conversation on habits that enliven opposed to those that destroy. For example, many people work hard and reward themselves with foods that degrade such as ice cream and cupcakes. But why not reward yourself with foods that nourish and heal such as a mango smoothie with chia seed and walnuts? 1 cake is an entire workout I explained. She loved this concept of reprogramming and unlearning! 25 lbs and a flatboat tummy is the next goal. Easy I said, as long as the diet is full of whole foods that grow from the earth. We ended with a sprint session and I must say this mommy is pretty fast! Stay tuned for Kameyas progress.
