Great #Arm Workout! Give yourself an instant makeover by toning your arm. Follow this workout to build beautiful arms. Barbell curls 1. Starting with feet hip width apart, grasp a barbell or ez bar with shoulder width under hand grip. 2. With elbows at side, raise bar until forearms are vertical. Lower until arms are fully extended. Repeat this for 10 reps. 3. The next 5 reps, starting at the bottom, raise the bar only half way up so the bar is parallel to the floor. The next 5 reps, starting at the top, lower the bar only half way down so the bar is parallel to the floor. 4. Now back to 5 full reps, starting at the bottom and raise the bar until forearms are vertical to the floor. 5. This completes round one for a total of 30 reps with no rest. 6. Repeat this 2 more times. Giant Set 1. Skull crushers. Lying face up on a bench with feet flat on the floor. Hold a barbell or ez bar at arms length above your chest. Slowly lower the bar until it is above your forehead. Reverse the movement to raise the bar back to starting position. Repeat for a total of 15 reps. 2. Dumbbell hammer curls. Starting with feet hip width apart, grasp 2 dumbbells at your sides with palms facing in and arms straight. With elbows to the sides, raise each dumbbell until forearm is vertical and thumb faces shoulder. Lower to original position and repeat for a total of 15 reps. 3. Bench Dips. Starting with hands shoulder width and feet straight out in front of you. Start with arms straight and lower your body by bending your arms at the elbows until upper arms are parallel with the floor. Raise back up to starting position and repeat for a total of 15 reps. These 3 exercises are repeated in a row with no rest. Try and repeat for 3 times through. #joditiahrt #mondaymotivation
