Great Christmas. Lots of fun. Four events with lots of family and friends. Now, Im pooped! But I did manage to take down my tree and all the decorations. I usually leave them up until after New Years, but this year Im submerging into my new book (NEVER DIE ALONE, the next New Orleans novel featuring Detectives Bentz and Montoya that will be out in August) and want no distractions. Boy does the house look bare! By the way, I did try that Monkey Bread recipe and used three apples rather than one as some of you suggested. It was GREAT as well as easy. I also connected to Pandora on my i-Phone for music to sing and dance to as I cooked on my brand new ruby slippers and Mrs. Claus apron that my kids gave me. Yep, holiday magic was to be had! (It didnt hurt to learn that WICKED WAYS was still on the best-seller lists, too.) Oh, and my sister, Nancy Bush gave me a wonderful Game of Thrones Dire Wolf USB drive along with her stupid cold. I guess you cant win em all! Anyway, I hope you all, too, had a wonderful Christmas!
