The program is 8 weeks long June 7th to Aug 9th 11AM-230PM Program is designed to increase body strength, coordination,Stamina,Speed,Concentration, Camp teaches athletes how to train to reach peak performance each season. Designed for Wrestlers, By Wrestlers, not wrestling room Managers. Many kids also play Football, Lax,Soccer. Ages 9-17 years of Age. A variety of equipment and proven tested strength routines are utilized. The boys learn Team Work, Hustle, ability to stay Focused under stress, Mental Toughness, and Win Mentality. this is not a clinic this is a Camp. 2 Locations BCWA - Telford @ Nexgen High Performance Training Center.
