Great Glute exercise: 1 arm split snatch... This exercise has a learning curve (in other words... it can be hard to learn without falling over... or hitting yourself in the chin with the dumbbell). I was trying to decide whether to put up a cardio video or a glute video. This exercise is combination of both. Try 5 on each side, immediately followed by 10 on each side... then 15 .... 20 on each side. your glutes will be sore when you wake up the next morning.
