And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. Acts 4:32-33 Scripture doesn’t say that the people gave some of what they have; they gave all that they had. This is an amazing work of grace. For people to give all that they have is a work of the Holy Spirit! You may be a big giver to Word of Faith or some other ministry, but I dont think theres any partner who meets this criteria. To do so, not only would you have to empty out all of your bank account but also you would have to give away all your clothes; your car; your condo, house or apartment; and all of your possessions. The Holy Spirit got involved in this work of great grace! It was exceeding grace-a magnitude of grace-that caused them to give all they had and distribute it so that everybody had everything that they needed. ** Prayer for Today ------------------------------------------------------------ Father, I praise you for your mighty acts and great deeds.
