Great Hangout this morning! REMEMBER -- we will not be meeting next Monday, as I am flying to Chicago to work with a corporate client and his family. So our next day for hangouts (after tonight at 7pm) will be in TWO WEEKS. Waking up to a new day was our theme this morning. A lot of heaviness, burden, to-do lists, lost feelings, too much to do, not enough to do, doing it alone.... on and on we went. Seemed like everyone struggled with mornings.... BEFORE the group tap. Heaviness lightened. Dread faded away. Unhappiness changed to peacefulness. We recognized what we are SAYING to ourselves upon waking, and how what we THINK our body FOLLOWS. Thanks to all who jumped in to volunteer, even with our technical challenges Across the Pond.... Maria, Tanya, Martina. And to Sandi, Elise, Maria and the rest for coming to play and staying to heal this very big issue that taints are days and spoils our lives.... but only if we let it! Im so excited to be free of the morning blahs. Thank You! Its another beautiful day!!!
