Great Idea! Lets be clear, anyone who knowingly and deliberately inflicts pain on another sentient being for their own amusement is being cruel and, unless checked, is likely to do it again for more amusement. If they get a kick out of cruelty, and holding power, they are likely to seek a bigger thrill...... it could be your child they torture and kill in a couple of years time. So, dont separate Animal and Human. Separate Cruelty and Decency.
