Great Message from Kathy Schneider below I was also told in my first Company to define my goals and I was given a plan and told not to try and invent the wheel. In my first Direct Sales distributorship.... I had the most AMAZING sponsor. Thinking back, I didnt know any better -- she told me how it was, and I did what she said. I wanted to succeed.. so I followed her advice. And I had BIG success, by the way, more than in my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc venture that I was told ... its your business, call me if you need help. In my first direct sales distributorship... I was only looking for a few hundreds dollars extra a month and more than anything something to keep me busy during my sons nap time, etc.... I had NO clue it would be a new career for me. I was fortunate to have a sponsor who REQUIRED a once a week appt with ALL MY tracking or she would offer NO HELP. In fact, if I didnt CALL HER at the set time ... (which by the way was at 6:15 am every Tuesday and she gave me 3 minutes to GIVE my numbers, and we could make an appt at that time if I had questions but she only had 3 minutes before her next call came in.) -- she gave me 3 strikes (to not call ON TIME), then she no longer offered her help! Im forever thankful she was one tough cookie! She taught me a lot!
