Great SpeedPass Go Short! track workout at Riverbank this evening. Brian warmed us up with a circuit around the entire park perimeter, then some dynamics with striders. Workout was 4 x 800s at threshold followed by 4 x 100s at about mile race pace. Finished with stretching. If yall are lookin for some downhome, well-coached speedwork, SpeedPass is the real deal.
