Great Spirit, Almighty Healer and Creator of all things great and small, it is with humbled hearts that we come together united to offer up many thanks. We thank you for the swirling snow on the cold winter day. We thank you for the graceful movement of the wave upon the sandy shore during the Spring. For the shade under the canopy of the weeping willow on the hot Summer day, we thank you. We thank you for the beauty of the multi-colored leaves of Autumn, as they prepare for the season of slumber. We thank you for the sacredness of the circle found throughout your creation, from the vast expanse of the Universe to the core of our Earth Mother. We thank you for those that come to us for a short time in order to provide us with much needed insight. We thank you for our trials as they provide us with the wisdom and strength to empower us for that which lies ahead. We thank you for the understanding that in order to achieve balance, we must take the good with the bad in life. We thank you for our ancestors and guides that watch over and protect us during our lives here on this plane of existence. We thank you for the rising of Grandfather Sun as he reminds us of the precious gift of life. We thank you for Grandmother Moon as she watches over us during our slumber. For Father Skys protection to Mother Earths giving our bodies all we need to survive. We thank you for our Elders as they show us, through lessons of the present to the wisdom of the past, that we can remain strong and provide this strength to future generations. We thank you for our children that remind us of lessons long forgotten. We thank you for the mists that flow softly down from above during the season of birth and renewal. We thank you for the clouds that gather up the waters of the oceans and bring it to thirsty lands. We thank you for the warm breezes that flow through the fields of grain. For the music heard in the rushing waters and the winds that caress our cheeks, we thank you. We thank you for the ever changing Universe that surrounds us. We thank you for spirit of all living things and the uniqueness that abides throughout all of your creation. Emenv
