Great Spirit filled reflection by our own # facebook/errol.carter.1?fref=ts There is never a day I do not stop talking about Jesus or think about My Lord and Savior. Is this the reason I should be called a fanatic, a Jesus freak, or too religious? Sometimes, being ridiculed for what we believe in are things that we have to accept in order to perservere. Jesus and the Apostles has always been ridiculed by the religious authorities and yet it never stopped them from proclaiming the Kingdom. If for one second you stop preaching about Jesus just because a co-worker, friend, or family member says they dont want to hear about Him any more, its because Satan has hindered their hearts and them become carnal minded. The enemy always want to stop a Holy Spirit filled ministry from growing and going forth. The enemy always want to bring doubt and lower our confidence in Gods words which can bring someone into a knowledge of salvation in Christ and into a friendship with Him. Just always have this in mind, the enemy knows that he has only a short time Revelation12:12. Mark 3:20-26-20 And He *came home, and the crowd *gathered again, to such an extent that they could not even eat a meal. 21 When His own people heard of this, they went out to take custody of Him; for they were saying, “He has lost His senses.” 22 The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons.” 23 And He called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan? 24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25 If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. 26 If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished! 27 But no one can enter the strong man’s house and plunder his property unless he first binds the strong man, and then he will plunder his house Jesus own thought He lost His senses, can you relate? Your own family thinks youre this Jesus fanatic, but these are the trials that has been promised to us when we become Jesus disciples. Also, those Scribes are saying that He is possessed by Beelzebul which means Lord of the flies and maybe within the family or by friends you have been disrespected by those who didnt like the fact you preached to them about Jesus. This brings their conscience down and causes them to think or feel guilty. That is a sign of resisting the Holy Spirit as He wants to be active in their lives, but its a fight. This is an important factor here, you probably heard or been told that you can never get to the person or its hopeless, but with God nothing is impossible. You have done your part in planting the seed and the Holy Spirit will work on that individual and grow. The parable that Jesus speaks about is very interesting. He has been accused of casting out demons by the power of devil, but its obviously unreasonable to believe that is so. Why would the enemy divide his own kingdom? All the enemy wants to do is conquer and many of us who have been weak in the flesh have been conquered but by the grace of God, we overcame. So, if Satan rises up against himself he is done and is out of business. Since Jesus is the strong man who is able to cast out demons, this mean He is stronger than Satan. This mean, you by the power of Jesus Christ and the working of the Holy Spirit is able to touch those who seems untouchable, those with hard hearts, or unrepented. The enemy may have a stronghold on them, but Christ can set them free. Praise the Lord and give Him glory and whose Kingdom is forever and unshakeable. The gates of hades shall never prevail against His Church. Amen! — with Soraya Carter.
