Great Tuesday Morning!!! I cant tell you how important it is to take time for yourself. Everyday, without fail I take an hour for myself. Whether it be meditation,working out or just walking the dog--I take that hour. I take that hour for me so I can give the remaining 23 to anyone else who needs it. (Just in case you are wondering--this hour can be broken up over different times of the day) Even if its just five minutes make sure you do something that you want to do.
