Great Vespers and (Indoor) Great Blessing of Waters tonight at 6:00 PM Theophany is the Feast of the Revelation of the Holy Trinity to the whole world. While Christmas, theologically speaking, is a quiet feast in the darkness of a cave, the Theophany takes place in public, in the light, in the River, and with the Spirit descending in the form of a dove, also is heard the booming voice of the Father: “This is my beloved Son!”
