Great advice from my buddy Maribel: Training is not just about how many miles you can log on your Garmin during a 7 day week. It also includes recovery and healing and working through all the scar tissue to allow for muscle growth, strengthening, elongation which leads to injury prevention and optimal training culminated in successful events. My training incorporates daily stretching, regular deep tissue massages along with Gua Sha & cupping. Stay healthy, stay strong but most important listen to your body and keep it "tuned up".
