Great analysis, insight and context. Its good to see months of dinner table observations addressed in print. Living through and participating in the current increase in Asian American activism is aided by having such historical and cultural context of conflict and struggle that is still so recent. When we all look at current events, we all, of all colors and backgrounds, need to keep these various contexts in mind, knowing how they influenced the generation that influences us.
