Great article... Yall know how I am about coconut oil :)) I try to use it where ever I can...cooking (instead of vegetable oils), as a lotion, add a little to my coffee, and I just take it by spoon every morning and at bedtime.... I prefer melting it to take it by spoon. The easiest and fastest way for me.... I put a couple of dollops in a shot glass, set the shot glass in a cup of hot water until it melts, then take a couple of spoonsful.
