Skip and I went 2 go to dinner at an Olive Garden, when we saw this culinary school/restaurant just down from our hotel,Pier 66 Hyatt,fort-lauderdale Chefs-Palette-restaurant. It was a three course Prix fixe meal that was terrific and fun. Come to find out it was their 1st night back open & we were the only Ines seared without a reservation...timing!
