Great day at Aintree National Show yesterday, such a lovely show with a great atmosphere. The new kid on the block, Haselor Crystals Surprise, owned by Carole Ireland, got the day off to a great start with a win in the training stakes, jumping straight round a VERY spooky course! Murthwaite Ice Man had a pre RIHS run out & was a superstar as usual - gaining a 2nd & 3rd in the Open & Novice workers, and also 4th Open ridden partnered by Heather Morrison , who will ride him at RIHS. Oswald had his first outing with us and behaved impeccably, picking up a 2nd & 3rd in his classes. And last but not least, Skellorn Armieta, owned by Kerry Wainwright & ridden by Heather Morrison, finished the day on a high winning her Novice Ridden Class & taking Reserve Champion! An absolutely fantastic weekend for the team, followed by a quick turn around, before heading off to RIHS! We are looking forward to a lovely week catching up with great friends 😊
