Great demo day last week. Really interesting to get riders feed back on the different bikes. Some thought the 27.5 wheels were great, some couldnt tell the difference and some thought that they were not responsive enough. Staying with 26. All but one person rated the Commencals as the best handling bikes out of the different test bikes (he liked the Intense Carbine more) and all thought the Commencals had the best rear suspension. Thats a pretty universal comment about the handling as Commencals are noted for their very stiff frames and low centre of gravity. Its amazing what an extra 500grms of alloy in the right place will do for a bikes handling. Weight wheenies need note apply.
